China Study Tours
Each year we offer personalized study tours in Qigong and Taijiquan to Beijing and Beidaihe China!
Tai Chi and Qigong
In addition to classes and workshops in Montana and Hawaii, each year The International Qigong Foundation, Inc. offers study tours to China. Each spring and fall we facilitate Journey into the Heart of China. Our groups go to the National Medical Qigong Training Base in Beidaihe, China. The focus is on learning Nei Yang Gong Qigong and Tai Chi (taijiquan). The school also offers qigong massage, acupuncture treatment, and classes in Chinese Medicine for healthcare practitioners. For those who would like to experience more of China we also offer “mini” tours through out the county to visit ancient cultural sites.
In addition to our journey to Beidaihe, China, we also offer personalize Qigong and Taijiquan in Beijing with Li Laoshur and Gao Laoshur. Both of these teachers are revered at master teachers in China. They were both students of Master Li Tian Ji, co-creator of Taijiquan 24, beginner’s Taijiquan.
There is no place like China to learn qigong and tai chi (taijiquan)! Our China Study Tours take you to the heart of these practices and to the heart of the Chinese culture itself. We journey into ancient China meeting wonderful teachers, their students, and experience a part of their world. In addition to learning qigong and taijiquan (tai chi) we enjoy the traditional art of drinking tea, visit cultural sites including remote areas of the Great Wall, traditional foot massage and other Chinese medicine treatments!
Our journeys to China are usually April through October, although Chinese New Year happens once in awhile!
