The International Qigong Foundation, Inc. offers classes, workshops and retreats in qigong and tai chi. We offer programs for both groups and individuals. Our classes are educational and all of our instructors are trained in Chinese medicine with a foundation of qigong and tai chi. We offer classes for all ages and abilities around the world.
