Each year The International Qigong Foundation, Inc. sponsors Master Feng Yijian from Hebei Medical Qigong School and Hospital, China, to come to the United States in January, February and March. Master Feng is a guest lecturer in Taijiquan and Nei Yang Gong Qigong classes with The International Qigong Foundation, Inc.

The courses in Nei Yang Gong Qigong and Taijiquan are taught by Karen Nesbitt, a certified instructor with Hebei Medical Qigong Hospital and student of Dr. Liu Ya Fei and Master Feng Yi Jian. Currently, Ms. Nesbitt offers classes through
